🎹 Troubleshooting: Can't Hear Any Sound?
Before messaging us about audio issues, please check these quick fixes:
- Using an iPhone or iPad? Please ensure your phone's physical Ring/Silent switch is not set to silent (mute) mode, and ensure Do Not Disturb is turned off. iOS blocks browser audio if the physical switch is on mute!
- Check Browser Permissions: If you are trying to connect an external keyboard, make sure you have granted MIDI device access when prompted by your browser.
- Refresh the Page: Sometimes a quick browser refresh is all it takes to initialize the web audio engine.
